- To maintain the highest standards of food safety, please be aware that items not picked up without prior notice to the store will be disposed of. We prioritize the well-being of our customers, and unfortunately, in such cases, refunds or replacements will not be available.
- You have the flexibility to cancel the item up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time. Cancellations cannot be accommodated on the selected pick-up date.
- Our pickup service is exclusively available for Sushi and Sashimi Platter items. If your order includes other items, we will ensure their safe delivery to the shipping address you provided.
