I forgot to use my Smart Savings Card when checking out. OR I didn’t bring my Smart Savings Card. Can I still claim my points?

Please visit your local H Mart store Customer Service Desk to add any missing points.

Please be sure to bring your Smart Savings Card, valid ID, and your original receipt (within 30 days).

However, purchases from Online, Wholesale or any of the Tenant Shops within H Mart are excluded from point accumulation.
