If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or our driver cannot access the building, a phone call or text will be made to the contact number given to the order. If the package can not be left at the building or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the following item's price will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Delivery instruction can be indicated in the delivery comment at the customers' convenience, yet the request indicated cannot be guaranteed.
If we could not get in touch with the recipient, the package will be left at the building and a photo of the delivered package will be sent via text message or email.
We highly recommend picking up the package immediately to avoid delivery accidents. We are not responsible for lost packages or spoilage of the food due to late pick-up.
P.O. Box address directed to school
Please check if the school receives and holds packages for you before placing an order. We still need a physical address with P.O. Box for delivery.
All packages addressed to students on campus (institution) must have a street address, the residence hall name, and room number.
Please notify us in advance if there is anything that we have to note in regard to your institution’s policy.

3rd Party Shipping Items
All items shipped by 3rd-party vendors will be delivered in separate packages. Those items are not eligible for the direct delivery on the desired date.
