If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or our driver cannot access the building, a phone call or text will be made to the contact number given to the order.
Delivery instruction can be indicated in the delivery comment at the customers' convenience, yet the request indicated cannot be guaranteed.
If we could not get in touch with the recipient, the package will be left at the building and a photo of the delivered package will be sent via text message or email.
We highly recommend picking up the package immediately to avoid delivery accidents. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or spoilage of the food due to late pick-up.
If the package can not be left at the building or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the following item's price will be deducted from the total refund amount.

3rd Party Shipping Items
All items shipped by a 3rd party will be delivered in separated packages. Those items are not eligible for the direct delivery on the desired date.
