Step 1. Submit return request

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please submit your return request before you drop off the packages. We may decline to accept return packages if we don't have the return request under your order.
Step 2. Send items to H Mart Online
- If you are returning items due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for all the return charges. We recommend you to return the item via shipping carriers that offer tracking numbers, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Lost or stolen packages in transit will not be the responsibility of H Mart Online.
- Items must be in new and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If returned items have been used, return will not be accepted and the items will be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.
- Refrigerated and frozen items can not be returned.
- Any perishable items such as meat, seafood, produce, and prepared meals can not be returned.
- H Mart Stores do not accept online order returns at the moment. Items that has been purchased from H Mart Online must be returned to the following shipping address.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once we confirm the return. To view your order details and payment information, please go to My Orders.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Please allow 1-3 business days until it reflects on your credit card or bank statement.
