You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us to process a return. We do not accept return packages without prior notice.
If you are returning items due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for all the return charges.
We recommend you to return the item via shipping carriers that offer tracking numbers, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Lost or stolen packages in transit will not be the responsibility of H Mart Online.

Items must be in new and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If returned items have been used, return will not be accepted and the items will be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.
Return is not available for the following items:
- Refrigerated or frozen items
- Fresh groceries such as meat, seafood, and produce
- Side dishes and other prepared meals
- Any perishable items
